Equipment Inventory

Panchakanya RMC is equipped with a fleet of transit mixers of various capacity varying from 2.5/5/6.5 m3. It also has 2 concrete pumps one of 15 m3/Hr capacity (Static) and other of 30 m3/Hr capacity (Boom placer). As per the the batching plants Panchakanya RMC has 2 plants of 25 m3/hr each, on at Jaddibutti and other in Naikap.

Panchakanya further strives to update its technology and equipments in order to provide quality product and customer satisfaction.

Methodology of Delivery and Pumping of Concrete

The concrete of required grade is produced as per our mix design or as per the mix design of customer. Slump of above 100 is maintained at the batching plant. One dose of admixture is given at the batching plant and the other dose is given after 2 hours before pumping which boots up the slump again to more than 100 at the pouring site. This Admixture dosing maintains the slump to more than 100 and remains pump able. The concrete produced is transported in transit mixers of 2.5/5/6.5 m3 or as per customer requirement. At the pouring site the concrete is transferred from the transit mixer to concrete Pump (Static or Boom Placer) to the point of pouring, we expect our customers to do the compacting after placement at the site.
